Shipping: We currently only ship to The United States. We make every effort to process and ship all orders in a timely manner. Returns: We cannot accept any returns of opened DVDs. Please take care to inspect all products immediately upon receipt and notify us immediately of any defects. Defective products will be replaced with exact model replacement products only with pre-approved return authorization (RA). To request a RA for a defective product use our contact form providing as much detail as to the defect or problem as possible and we will issue an RA. Please follow the RA instructions carefully to insure proper credit to your account. Packages returned without an RA will be discarded.
